Theater group DOSTO plays 'Pink Illusion'

Emile comes from a very wealthy family in Brussels. When Emile comes out one day that he is homosexual, his mother gives him a choice. Either he marries a woman nicely and doesn't have to worry about finances for the rest of his life, or he lives his life as he plans and he can leave. He chooses the latter and builds a new life in London. On a business trip to Amsterdam he meets Dave in an Amsterdam pub. The spark is immediately ignited and after a while Emile decides to burn all ships in London and move in with Dave. That is disappointing on all sides. It is not easy for Emile to find a job in the Netherlands and Dave's salary as a paver makes it difficult to make ends meet. Still, Emile does his best. Emile later slowly regains some contact with his mother. She continues to live in her own fantasy world and completely ignores his homosexuality. How will the relationship survive with a difficult-tempered Emile who has ended up in another world?
