PLEIN THEATRE closed until June 1

Dear visitors of the PLEIN THEATER,

Due to the reinforced measures against the spread of the coronavirus, events and meetings cannot take place until 1 June. Unfortunately, we are also forced to cancel all performances and events in the PLEIN THEATER until 1 June. Where possible, we try to postpone them to currently unknown data. Our Café-Restaurant is closed until April 28th.

Our thoughts go out to the freelancers who have been hit even harder by the closure of the stages and cultural locations. As a small theater, we know very well how vulnerable this free ecology is of makers and doers. As PLEIN THEATER, in recent years we have involved and supported many small artistic entrepreneurs in our programs and we are mutually dependent and connected.

We want to let everyone know that we are involved in the developments and regulations that are being made for our sector and that after this crisis we want to continue in our open and involved manner. Where possible, we also speak or listen on behalf of the independent freelancers who are important for the diversity of our performing arts sector.

Our thoughts also go to our visitors who regularly came to our "home" in the past years and the residents around the square who wait until they can get back together. We hope to open our sunny terrace as soon as possible!

At the PLEIN THEATER we are currently working on a major cleaning and maintenance of the theater. And from home we are working on the preparations for the new season. So that we can welcome you renewed and inspired once the Corona period is over.

Because of this adapted way of working, we are only available by email.

We keep you informed and continue to regularly share news and inspiration on the mail, website and on social media. If you want to write to us or share something, you can do so at: berith@plein-theater.nl

We wish everyone a lot of health and strength and hope to receive you as soon as possible in the theater and on our sunny terrace!

Lots of love,

Team PLEIN THEATER and Eetlokaal
