Wij bieden open online practices: IMPULSE, door Dayna Martinez Morales en Vincent Verburg (Movementalist).

40-60 minuten non-stop dansend verkennen wij zachte/harde, vloeiende/staccato en ritmisch dynamische bewegingspatronen, beoefenen wij ruimtebewustzijn en je eigen authentieke (innerlijke) beweging. “Releasen” door vergroten en verkleinen, het synchroniseren van ademhaling en beweging en het conformeren/ confronteren van je fysieke en mentale structuren.

We offer open online practices: IMPULSE, by Dayna Martinez Morales and Vincent Verburg (Movementalist)

In this practice you will non-stop dancing for 40-60 minutes. Exploring soft/ hard, staccato/ liquid and rhythmic dynamic movement patterns as well as practicing space awareness and authentic (inner) movement. Releasing through expanding and shrinking, synchronizing breath and movement, conforming/ confronting your physical and mental structures.
